Why Our Equipment?
The fact is that there are many water treatment companies for homeowners to choose from. Some are big-names – with equally high prices. Others are smaller companies with more modest offerings – and more modest quality, too, perhaps?
The primary reason people choose to buy our equipment over everyone else is simple – we make it, we don’t buy and resell someone else’s.
To our knowledge we are the only 100% Original Equipment Manufacturer of water treatment equipment based in Florida. What this translates into is simple – cheaper prices, faster service times, a lifetime warranty on the equipment and, of course, an over-all better experience for our customers.
A good comparison might be high-end imported cars. They are expensive to work on here because they are made elsewhere and there is simply an abundance of mechanics willing and able to repair them. Parts have to travel long distances to get to the few mechanics who do work on those cars and they charge a premium for installing them. Water isn’t much different – you get what you pay for.
Our treatment equipment is the diametric opposite of the dilemma described above. We design our components to last as long as possible, follow tried and true engineering maxims to minimize failure. And when problems do surface, we fix them almost immediately because the replacement parts for equipment purchased from us is a short car-ride away and our technicians and installers are always there to do the work.
Testing
Something else that is very important to understand is testing. Most water treatment companies absolutely do no pre-installation testing of their equipment. They buy it from resellers who buy from resellers who buy from who knows who – it’s a tangled web – this equipment is ultimately not tested, until it’s installed in your home.
This makes water treatment equipment very risky from our perspective. Experience taught us that in order to have an acceptable failure rate – which is near zero – we had to build the equipment ourselves and set up bench-testing as a part of our quality-control process to ensure that it did not fail when put under load, meeting and even exceeding what it will function under once installed.
This makes our equipment the best available in Florida in our opinion and it all stems from the experience of those who run our company. Our President & CEO Luke Trombley has a favorite saying “I’d rather buy a filter than be one” and, as a kidney donor recipient and someone who has a strong incentive to educate himself about water, we agree.
